Welcome to the Sabius website, application, mobile application, and other tools (the “Site”).
The term “Sabius” is also used interchangeably with “we,” “our,” “our service”, “platform,” “application,” “app,” or “us”. This notice is to help explain our application and online information procedures and help you make a decision about the collection and use of information you submit or we collect through our website https://sabius.io, and our other related mobile websites, services, tools, and applications (collectively, the “Site,” “Service,” or “App”). The Site is owned and operated by Sabius Corp.
Sabius provides its customers (our “Partners,” “Customers,” “Business Owners, or “Self-Employed,” “Freelancers,” “1009 Workers”) a service to enable a convenient way to submit Federal Tax Estimate Payments to the United States Internal Revenue Services (IRS) and/or the United States Treasury (US Treasury) based off their incoming revenue transactions (“USD,” “money,” “cash,” or “cryptocurrency”) to their business bank account or financial institution.
We want you to have a great experience while using the Site and know that when you use this Site or our Service, you are fully aware of your respective legal rights and responsibilities. Because of this, we have created our Terms of Service (“Terms”) as the legally binding terms to govern your use of this Site and our application. READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE AND/OR APPLICATION, BECAUSE THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
The registration and use of Sabius services shall be subject to the separate terms and conditions of the Sabius Network User Service Agreement, as modified from time to time.
Updates to Terms – Note that these Terms can or may be updated, amended, and reissued, prospectively by posting revised terms on this Site. You consent and agree to receive notices of updates of these Terms through postings of the updated Terms on our Site and/or within our application. You should make it a priority to visit this page regularly to review the most recent terms. Continued use of the Site will be regarded as irrevocable acceptance of any revisions or updates.
Legal Capacity – TThis is a general Site for adults and responsible individuals. We presume (and by using this Site you represent that) you have the right (and legal) faculty to enter into the arrangement outlined in these Terms. You represent that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are otherwise authorized to be legally bound in contract.
User Age and Citizenship – You express that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and a United States Citizen and/or at least a U.S. taxpayer.
The Information You Provide Us – To access this Site, our service, and/or application or any of the resources it has to offer, you may at times be asked to provide your personal and/or professional details for registration. It is a condition of use of this website that any of the details or information you provide be correct, current, and complete. If we believe the details are incorrect, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to refuse you access to the Site, or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your account.

To protect your privacy as best as possible, we have provided a notice detailing our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is gathered and managed and used at this site and within our application. ALL RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND AGREEMENTS OF SABIUS AND ANY SABIUS CUSTOMER CONCERNING ANY SABIUS TECHNOLOGY, PRODUCT, OR SERVICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF A DEFINITIVE CUSTOMER, USER AGREEMENT, OR SERVICE AGREEMENT EXECUTED AND GIVEN BY THE PARTIES TO THAT AGREEMENT. IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE TERMS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT WILL CONTROL.
Trademarks and Copyrights – This Site, our application, and any materials incorporated by Sabius on this Site and the application (“Material”) are protected by copyrights, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”). Some of the characters, logos or other images incorporated by Sabius on this Site and/or application are also protected as registered or unregistered trademarks, trade names and/or service marks owned by Sabius or others (“Trademarks” or “Servicemarks”). Sabius respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks the users of this Site or application to, as well.
You do not have permission to copy or use the names, marks or logos of Sabius or those of any of its partners, contractors, financial institution customers (our “Network Banks” or “Network Institutions”) in whole, in part, in modified form or otherwise. At times third-party trademarks, logos, and brands may appear on the Site, and those are the sole property of their respective owners. Sabius is independent of its Network Banks, Network Institutions, Partners, and the terms of any agreement between you and a Network Bank, Network Institution, Financial Institution, and/or Partners, has any effect on or relation to these Terms.
Submissions, Postings and E-mails – Sabius is always interested in hearing your questions or comments about our Site or application. However, Sabius does and will not accept unsolicited submissions (e.g., concepts, ideas, or any other materials) in any format that are transmitted (including but not limited to email, social network postings, etc.). Submissions qualified in this regard will either be returned to the sender without being reviewed or deleted/discarded without being reviewed. With this notice, please do not send unsolicited submissions to any member of Sabius or it’s partners.
Invited or Requested Submissions – Areas on the Sabius Site or within our application may request that you submit feedback, concepts, stories, or any other content or (“Invited Submissions” or “Requested Submissions”). Where and if this is the case, carefully read any and all terms, rules or any other specific conditions which appear elsewhere on this Site or application which will control said submissions (“Additional Terms”), as they’ll affect your legal rights. If Additional Terms do not govern those submissions, then these will be the Terms that will apply in full to any Invited Submissions or Requested Submissions you make. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ALL OR ANY MATERIAL YOU SEND TO US WILL NOT BE TREATED AS CONFIDENTIAL, EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE YOU ARE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE, ANY OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS USED, AND YOUR TRANSACTION DATA AND INFORMATION IS DISPLAYED AND/OR USED. We will not pay you for the use or submission of any content.
Claims of Infringement – If you believe that any content appearing on this Site and/or in our application infringes your copyright rights, we want to hear from you. Please send the following information in an email to us.
a. Your email address, name, physical address, and telephone number;
b. An explanation and outline of the copyrighted work that you claim have been infringed.
c. The URL, domain, or description of each place where the alleged infringing material is located.
d. A declaration by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized by you, an authorized agent of yours, or any applicable laws.
e. Your e-signature, physical signature or the electronic or physical/actual signature of an individual authorized to act on your behalf; as well as
f. A statement or declaration by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the explanation and description in your notice are accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
